Little Miss in K1

Taekwondo

Oh how time flies !

This is the second week of Kindergarten 1 for our Little Miss A, she loves her new school here in Bangkok and her Teachers told me that she was very pleasant girl since day 1, lucky me *grin*

Photo above taken this morning, Wednesday is Taekwondo day, she was very proud of her outfit and her high front kick movement, she showed it to everybody before we get in to the cab this morning, what a Cutie.

Piece of Mind

In our private calendar today marked our 1 month staying in Bangkok. Many things happened ever since, for me 90% of it was great discovery and the 10% is a feeling of slowly loosing my inner peace.

Normally, when I'm stressed I go to the kitchen and bake my heart out, since we're still living in Shangri-La apartment which has a very nice kitchenette (with electric stove and Microwave oven) I'm not even dare to prepare our own breakfast (real truth : can't be bother to clean - up afterwards, LOL). On that note, baking is out of question.

Then recently, I've been having nightmares (some are very weird ones, not worth to be mentioned in details) and my sleeping pattern changed, I'll be fast asleep at 10 pm and woken up around 2 am with no ability to go back to bed no matter how hard I tried *siigghh* so I pray, quietly at my own pace, hoping that all this phase just a temporary thing .. it lasted the whole week ! I'm still functioning to my daily task of keeping my Little - one entertained (thanks to coffee) but I'm feeling sluggish and edgy at the same time.

I started talking to Hubby about going to the Buddhist Temple called Wat Phra Kew for the upcoming Sunday last week, "I need to have my soul cleansed so I can sleep at night" I told him, knowing me and my superstitious background he agreed and off we go. We spent the whole afternoon visiting the temple's ground and the surrounding, I prayed with hundreds of people inside the temple, all with their own wishes, it was crowded yet so peaceful.

Must say the truth as a result of that peaceful weekend, I sleep better these days, no more nightmares, I think one way or another my wandering thoughts just accept the fact that everything will fall in place .... at a time.
